3 SESSIONS PER WEEK
AM & PM OPTIONS
+ MUMS AND BUBS CLASSES
A SUPPORTIVE GROUP ENVIRONMENT. TRAINING STYLES WILL INCLUDE: TAI CHI, YOGA, BOXING, FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AND STRENGTH TRAINING.
Challenge includes 3 Group Sessions per week
Groups will be broken up to 2 groups per time slot
eg. Group A – Beginners, Group B - Intermediate
Choose either AM or PM Time slot (we can be flexible weekly with notice)
1 x Monday and 1 x Thursday 6am or 5:30pm time slots in the gym here (sessions can include boxing, strength training, functional training, rope and tyre work)
All groups do Saturday Morning
1 x Saturday Morning 8am - this session will be nutrition/cooking session/training
