HEALTHY COOKING STYLES AND EXCITING NEW MEAL IDEAS.

 

3 SESSIONS PER WEEK

Mon and Thurs 6am or 5:30pm

Saturday 8am

 

A SUPPORTIVE GROUP ENVIRONMENT. TRAINING STYLES WILL INCLUDE: FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, STRENGTH TRAINING, HIIT TRAINING (ALWAYS CUSTOMISED TO THE GROUP)

 

  • Challenge includes 3 Group Sessions per week 

  • Groups will be broken up to 2 groups per time slot

    • eg. Group A – Beginners, Group B - Intermediate

  • Choose either AM or PM Time slot (we can be flexible weekly with notice) 

    • 1 x Monday and 1 x Thursday 6am or 5:30pm time slots in the gym here (sessions can include boxing, strength training, functional training, rope and tyre work)

  • All groups do Saturday Morning

    • 1 x Saturday Morning 8am - this session will be nutrition/cooking session/training
