A SUPPORTIVE GROUP ENVIRONMENT. TRAINING STYLES WILL INCLUDE: TAI CHI, YOGA, BOXING, FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AND STRENGTH TRAINING.

 

HK Members $55/ Week | Pay In Full $600 | Non Members $67.50/Week

 

  • Challenge includes 3 sessions per week 

    • Challenge singlet and merchandise for all participants

  • Groups will be broken up to 2 groups per time slot

    • eg. Group A – Beginners, Group B - Intermediate

  • Choose either AM or PM Time slot (we can be flexible weekly with notice) 

    • 1 x Tues and 1 x Thurs 5:45am or 5:45pm time slots in the gym here (sessions can include boxing, strength training, functional training, rope and tyre work) 

  • Mums and Bubs Group

    • 1 x Tues 10am and 1 x Thurs 10am

  • All groups do Saturday Morning

    • 1 x Saturday Morning 8am, one week nutrition and Beach Training session (enjoy the beautiful dry season) alternate week tai chi followed by group picnic (bring what you learnt to cook the week before to share
